My Dear Patients,
Thank you for making my practice successful and my career so fulfilling. I feel immensely privileged to have met such a wonderful group of people and am eternally grateful for the many relationships I have formed with each of you. I am honored that you have trusted me with your care and humbled that that care has continued, in many cases, through multiple generations. With that said, it saddens me to say that after practicing dentistry for 35 years, I will be reducing my hours, and, over time, will transition into retirement. I have selected a friend and former associate of my practice, Dr. Stephanie Sandretti. She is an amazing practitioner and is very capable of taking over my practice. I have confidence that she will avail you the same high quality and care that you have appreciated and deserve.
Dr. Sandretti worked with me about 4 years ago and I'm sure she will be remembered by many patients. She is extremely excited to rejoin the practice and has always commented how the practice felt like home to her. Over the years, Dr, Sandretti and I maintained a close friendship and now are looking forward to transitioning the practice together.
To share some background, Stephanie grew up in the East Bay and attended UCLA for college and dental school. After dental school, she completed a 2-year residency at a VA hospital in Richmond, VA. Her residency was very rigorous and she learned many advanced procedures including implants, extractions, complex full mouth rehabilitation and cosmetic dentistry. Despite her extensive training, Stephanie continues to make education a priority and regularly attends training and continuing education courses.
Outside of work, Stephanie has a son, Luca, who is 3.5 years old and a daughter, Gianna, who is 4 months old. Her husband, Dr. Matt Sandretti, is a local orthodontist. She enjoys spending time with her family, going to new parks, being outside and crafting.
Dr. Sandretti strives to make every patient experience comfortable. She enjoys educating her patients and treats all of her patients as if they were family. She is looking forward to meeting each one of you very soon.
